Depth is a major concern of every team on this list below the top 3. There are so many team's from 4-10 that could have great years because of studs but it will all depend on staying healthy.

I think Moeller is the clear cut #1 at least from a talent standpoint.
I dont think Colerain has great depth this year by any means. Their junior class is really weak. If they stay healthy I can see them at #2 but I'd have St X ahead of them heading into the season.
After the Top 3 there is another big dropoff and a number of teams could be ranked in any kind of order.
I dont think Middletown is going to be nearly as good as last year. They may have a similar record to last year and probably are a safe pick at #4 but they wont have near the talent they did last year. Their senior class last year was their strongest class in a long time. If they were ever going to win anything last year was the year to do it because they had a strong junior class and an even stronger senior class.
Lakota East was going to be my darkhorse this year in Cincinnati but now I'm hearing all kinds of rumors that Horton has transferred to West. If that is true then all bets are off.

Horton did transfer to West. He wanted the ball more and not so much between the tackles. It will be interesting to see how much this changes the team. While he contributed last year I can't say the team was on his back. Losing a 6'3" 230 lb running back will still be hard to replace though.
