Massillon (Ohio) Washington quarterback Kyle Kempt committed to Cincinnati last spring and was all set to sign with the Bearcats until head coach Butch Jones left for Tennessee. Now with Cincinnati's coaching transition complete, Kempt is starting the recruiting process over again.
